Vision
Blessed be God for his mercy endureth for ever. Who has made us to see another wonderful day and who By His Grace chose us and give us vision to make impact on the earth.
Today I will be talking about vision because vision is a fundamental requirement of all world changers.
“Where there’s no vision, the people perish…” (Proverbs 29:18).
God does not want his people to perish. He did not create us to perish. He created us to prosper to fulfill prophecy and to give us an expected end.
“for I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil and to give you an expected end.” (Jeremiah 29:11)
World changers are focused visionaries, you got a word from the lord and you stay with it.
What is Vision?
Vision can be defined as divine insight into Gods plan to an individual, incorporating the specific area in which the individual is selected to function.
Vision is also the supernatural insight to ones placement in life.
Note: vision is not a dream, trance or prophecy although it can be communicated through any of these.
Vision is very essential part of our stay on earth because God wants us to dominate the earth and we can’t do that without some things been reviled to us by the spirit. If we don’t have vision then there’s nothing that makes us unique from one another.
For one vision that God gives a person, there are so many people attached to it and if the visionary is not serious with the vision he gets so many people might not get to where God want them to be and God will hold you accountable for it.
There are some people called hit and run visionaries; they got a vision, oh it’s not working, they look for another one, oh it’s not working, they look for another one. The world needs focused visionaries the one that will stay with their vision till it works.
Paul said;
“…but this one thing I do…” (Philippians 3:13)
It is men of one thing that change the world; you got a thing from the Lord and you stay with it till it sticks.
Jesus said;
“…to this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth…” (John 18:37)
What!!! Jesus, the savior, came for one thing? Yes He did and He is still changing the world up till now after 2000 years.
He was a man of vision. If Jesus can stay doing just one thing, let every one of us should abide in the same calling wherein he was called.
I know it can be frustrating doing what you feel is not working, but working or not working a focused visionary will stay with that vision because it will work
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surly come, it will not tarry.” (Habakkuk 2:3)
God set every vision for an appointed time. You might feel that you are wasting time or the time is going, yes it might look that way to you but the bible made us to understand that God is never late, he is always on time.
No vision speaks at the beginning.
“… Write the vision, and make it plane upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” (Habakkuk 2:2)
For every vision gotten there is expected to be a running. It is not at the beginning of a race you get a medal or a trophy, it is at the end. “But at the end it shall speak”
For every vision there is an appointed time so I am asking everyone that has gotten a vision from the Lord to stay with that vision because that is what will work for you. And I see god helping everyone achieving that vision.
