Maintaining good oral health is essential to controlling bad breath.This include regular tooth brushing ,flossing,and tongue scrapping.
PARSLEY: Parsley is rich in chlorophyll to neutralize bad breath and act as a deodorizer. Chew on a sprig of parsley. For mouthwash ,boil parsley sprigs and cloves, cool and strain, use daily
BAKING SODA: Mix the juice of 1 lemon and 2 teaspoon of baking soda in a little jar, add 1/2 cup of water and mix. Use twice a day after brushing, for 7 days, use as a mouth rinse
3.FENNEL: Chew a tablespoon of fennel to freshen your breath and stimulate the production of saliva
4. CINNAMON: Boil 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of water,strain and use as a mouth rinse
5. CLOVES: Pop a few pieces of cloves into your mouth and chew them thoroughly, this will eliminate bad breath in a few minutes, you can also make a tea or a mouth rinse out of it
6. FENUGREEk: Boil a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a cup of water,strain and drink once daily until you get rid of the problem

NAUSEA
Ginger safely treat nausea and help prevent motion sickness. Add 2 tablespoon of grated ginger to 1 cup of boiling water.
SINUS PROBLEMS
For painful and clogged sinuses, mix 1 cup of tomato juice, 1 teaspoon freshly chopped garlic, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder,1 teaspoon of lemon juice.warm the concoction and drink it
COUGHS
Thyme works great when dealing with a cough, sore throat, bronchitis or congestion. Steep 1 tablespoon of fresh or dried thyme in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes, strain and consume. Repeat three times a day
DIGESTION
To help relieve bloating and gas, try chewing on 1/2 teaspoon dill seeds,fennel seeds or caraway seeds. If you have an upset stomach or indigestion, drink 1 or 2 cups of peppermint tea
BRUISES
Cut a lemon in half and rub the pulp side gently over the bruise, repeat once once every hour for 3-6 hours. Do not rub lemon over cuts or broken skin
URINARY TRACT INFECTION
Cranberry juice is a safe and effective treatment against urinary tract infections, it prevents bacteria that causes urinary tract infection from sticking to the wall of the bladder. Consume 3 cups of unsweetened cranberry juice a day or eat two handfuls of dried cranberry a day for the same effect
